Spacious and open-planned holiday villa in the south east – Four Miles Cove Area – on a wide canal complete with wharf. Ceiling-high glass sliding doors and panorama windows in the second living room grant a clear view of the large terrace onto the canal.
The terrace provides an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, fridge and cupboards. The centrepiece however is the crystal clear pool and whirlpool, both being heated via solar and electric energy. A pool bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower is also available. On the right side of this High-Ceiling-Style Villa is a den/office and adjoining master suite, consisting of large bedroom with king-size bed, with exit onto the terrace, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with double wash basin, bathtub, large open shower, separate toilet and bidet. From the entrance area you walk into the formal living room and to the left side is the formal dining room. Further along is the large open American-style kitchen with stainless steel electric appliances and a kitchen island in the middle. The obligatory breakfast area with view of the terrace is naturally provided for. The so-called family room with cosy sofa corner and large screen TV with satellite reception, DVD and VCR, stereo radio with CD and double cassette player.
On the left side of the home – separated from the living area- are 2 more bedrooms with bathtub/shower situated between them. A laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a double garage are provided for your convenience.
