This is the perfect vacation home for a larger family or several couples who want to spend an unforgettable vacation together. Villa Colonade is located in the popular Yacht Club area on a 200 ft wide canal with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River. The large covered patio is protected by a white screen and allows a fantastic view of the river. A second, open patio is located to the right and features an electrically heated pool, which is also screened in. Guests who want to explore the area by boat are welcome to use the dock and boat lift.
With close to 5,000 SF of living area, six bedrooms and four baths, there is plenty of space for up to twelve guests. The first floor consists of the living room, dining room, and a beautiful open, white kitchen with granite counter tops. On the same floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located to the left side. The master suite can be found on the right side of the house. The second floor features two additional bedrooms that share the fourth bathroom.
The light color scheme of the furnishings enhances the bright atmosphere and clean lines of the home. The entertainment center in the living room holds an HD big screen TV, code-free DVD and CD player, as well as a wireless router.
At dusk and dawn, you can frequently observe dolphins as they swim past the house. This truly enchanting experience that will make your stay at Villa Colonade all the more memorable.
