A laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious double garage are also available here. Through the large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors you make your way to the pool terrace where you find the large and beautiful pool with integrated whirlpool. The sheltered terrace area grants beneficial shade, the sun terrace enough place to bask in the Florida sun. Of course the total terrace is surrounded by a cage. On the canal there is the boating dock with lift.
