This openly spaced and well designed home is located in the Kings Lake community on Davis Boulevard. Villa Barbara is very stylish with a bright atmosphere and ultra modern furnishings. This is not your typical Florida vacation home! Take a look - the pictures speak for themselves.
The large covered lanai includes a patio set with six chairs and a comfortable separate sitting area consisting of a dark wicker sofa and three matching chairs with white cushions. Four lounge chairs are available for those who like to sunbathe. The pool is solar heated and the entire pool area is surrounded by mature landscaping and palm trees, allowing privacy from the neighboring houses. After a long day at the beach, you’ll enjoy relaxing by the pool and preparing steaks or chicken on the gas grill.
The foyer leads into the living room where tall sliders open the view onto the pool area and into the garden. To the right, the dining room features a glass table and luxurious white leather chairs. The master suite is located on the left side of the house and offers slider to the patio. White plantation shutters create a tropical feeling. The suite features a King size bed, TV with DVD player, walk-in closet, both tub and shower, double sink, and a separate toilet. The bathroom is very modern with clean cut lines, almost entirely in white.
The laundry room (which leads to the double garage with room for one car), half bath, and the well appointed kitchen are on the right side of the house. Stainless steel appliances are featured in the dazzling white kitchen, creating a brilliant contrast to the dark granite countertops. The family room is also designed in blacks and whites, with a purple recliner as a colorful accent. This room has a large flat screen television and tall sliders leading out to the pool area.
The other two bedrooms are located behind a double door away from the family room. The bedroom facing the garden holds a King size bed and a TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has two oversized Twin beds that can be pushed together to create another King size bed. Located between these two bedroom is the second bath. The entire house is tiled and will wow guests with its clean lines and modern design.
